Before You Schedule
Wright Geriatric Consulting provides private-pay concierge medication reviews designed to help older adults and caregivers better understand, organize, and safely manage medications.
Our consultations are educational and collaborative. We do not prescribe medications or replace your physician or other healthcare providers. Instead, we work alongside your existing care team by providing personalized recommendations to improve medication safety.
Please note:
Private-pay service: Consultations are not billed to Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance.
Medicare Part D MTM: This service is separate from the Medicare Part D Medication Therapy Management (MTM) program. If you qualify for a complimentary MTM review through your prescription drug plan, we encourage you to contact your plan to learn about your available benefits.
Service area: In-home consultations are available throughout the Greater Houston area. Virtual consultations are available anywhere in Texas.
Travel: In-home consultations outside our standard Houston service area may be subject to an additional travel fee.
Scheduling: Appointments are typically scheduled 2–3 weeks in advance. After submitting your consultation request, we'll contact you to schedule the next available appointment.
