Beth Ploch, RPh
Beth Ploch is a Consultant Pharmacist with over 25 years of experience in pharmacy practice, dedicated to improving patient outcomes and enhancing quality of life through expert medication management. She earned her B.S. in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University and graduated cum laude from the University of Houston College of Pharmacy.
Beth holds multiple professional credentials, including the ASCP (American Society of Consultant Pharmacists) Age-Friendly Pharmacist badge and is also a member of ASCP. She also obtained an MTM (Medication Therapy Management) Certification. Her career spans two decades in retail pharmacy, where she served as a District MTM Coordinator and Trainer and District Diabetes Representative, followed by six years in long-term care consulting. With specialized training in diabetes management through the Joslin Diabetes Center (affiliated with Harvard Medical School), Beth is particularly passionate about diabetes management. She finds great reward in supporting patients and care teams by optimizing therapies that improve health, safety and overall well-being.
Outside of her professional work, Beth is actively involved in her church and community, where she continues her commitment to serving others.

Kristin Vasquez, PharmD BCGP
Kristin Vasquez is a Board-Certified Geriatric Pharmacist with a deep-rooted passion for improving the quality of life for older adults through compassionate, evidence-based care. With close to a decade of experience spanning clinical practice, education, and interdisciplinary collaboration, her work has consistently centered on advocating for patients, empowering healthcare teams, and bridging gaps in care.
Kristin holds a BS in Biology from the University of Texas at Arlington. She graduated from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center with a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and is board certified in Geriatric Pharmacy (BCGP) through the Board of Pharmacy Specialties. She is licensed to practice pharmacy in Texas. Kristin is a member of the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists (ASCP) and is an Age Friendly Pharmacist in ASCP's Age-Friendly Health Systems 4Ms initiative.
Whether working in skilled nursing facilities, managing clinical teams, or speaking directly with patients and families, Kristin is driven by a simple yet powerful belief: that every person deserves care that is not only clinically sound, but also compassionate, respectful, and tailored to their unique needs.

Jackie Busker, PharmD
Jackie Busker is a licensed pharmacist with nearly 18 years of pharmacy experience in retail and long-term care pharmacy settings. She is a certified ASCP Age-Friendly Pharmacist, dedicated to optimizing medication safety and improving health outcomes for older adults.
Jackie completed her pre-pharmacy education at the University of Texas at Austin and graduated from Texas A&M Health Science Center with a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD). She is licensed to practice pharmacy in Texas and is a registered pharmacist preceptor in Texas.
Throughout her career, Jackie has developed extensive expertise in medication management, patient counseling, and interdisciplinary collaboration. She is committed to delivering patient-centered care, promoting evidence-based practices, and supporting the unique needs of aging populations.
With a strong background in both community and long-term care environments, Jackie brings a comprehensive perspective to pharmaceutical care, focusing on quality, safety, and compassionate service. She is passionate about advancing age-friendly healthcare initiatives and empowering patients and caregivers through education and advocacy.
